Chopsticks

My Grandpa K was born in Brazil but both of his parents came to Brazil from Japan a long time ago, I believe they came in the second ship. By the way, this year marks the 100th anniversary of the Japanese immigration to Brazil. Since the beginning of the year they've been celebrating and will continue to do so till the end of the year. Grandpa spoke only Japanese up to 8 years old when he first went to school and once there, he started learning how to speak Portuguese. Another skill he learned that he never thought would come in handy was eating with chopsticks. Well, not only eating with them but also using them skillfully.

Ok guys, get ready for this, it's really nasty. One day I was walking with him and did my business(number 2). Suddenly he realized he didn't have any poop bags so what did he do? You guessed it right! He improvised some "chopsticks" made of tiny pieces of tree branches he found on the street, picked the poop up, and dumped in the nearest trash can. One needs to be very good at using chopsticks to hold the "business" firmly during the trip to the dumpster(about 2 blocks away !) I told you this was going to be nasty...Poor Grandpa, sorry for embarassing you too. I'm glad you know how to use chopsticks though. Next time I'll remind you: Grandpa, don't forget the poop bags !

Hahahaha! Your grandpa sounds so inventive. I think using the tree-twig chopsticks to remove the Number 2 was a fantastic idea!

We have not actually signed up for the Wordless Wednesday website (you have to post a blogroll on your site). You can just participate whenever you like, and add a link to your WW post on the site on the days you participate. That's how we do it!
